Absolutely! Our vintage 1972 VW bus is designed to navigate tight spaces, but we do need to ensure the venue entry can accommodate its dimensions. At a minimum, we require a clearance of 76 inches (6.3 feet) wide and 76 inches (6.3 feet) tall to safely drive the bus through. Please measure this space from where the door will open, not the frame itself. The safety and comfort of our clients is our top priority, so we're happy to work closely with your venue to guarantee the bus can access the desired location. When booking our vintage VW photo bus, we typically require a designated setup area of at least 18 feet long by 10 feet wide (180 square feet). This provides ample space for the bus itself, as well as a comfortable area behind the vehicle for guests to access our fun prop selection from the trunk. We also like to set up a cute, Instagram-worthy scene in front of the bus, so the 18ft x 10ft footprint gives us the flexibility to incorporate some festive decor and backdrops. If your venue has a slightly smaller footprint available, our team is happy to work with you to see if we can accommodate a 15ft x 15ft (225 sq ft) setup area instead. Just let us know the exact dimensions, and we'll confirm if it will work for the Boho Booth experience. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate the photo booth into your event without imposing any undue space constraints. Absolutely! Two of our Boho Booths photo booth packages include unlimited on-site printing for your guests. Be sure to select that option. The standard printer will automatically produce two 2"x6" photo strips per session. However, your guests have the ability to request additional prints from each photo booth interaction. In addition to the physical photo strips, we also offer the convenience of instantly texting the digital images directly to your guests' phones. This ensures everyone can easily access and share the fun photos from the event. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free, fully-equipped photo experience that captures all the memorable moments. With unlimited on-site printing and digital delivery, your guests can cherish the photos long after the event has ended. For events located more than 15 miles from our home base in Mechanicsburg, PA, we'll load the bus onto a trailer and tow it to the venue. This ensures the safe and reliable transport of our beloved vintage vehicle, eliminating any unpredictability that could come with driving it long distances. Absolutely! At Boho Booths, we believe every event deserves a touch of personalization. That's why we're excited to collaborate with you on creating a custom photo strip design that perfectly complements the theme and style of your celebration. Whether you have a specific vision in mind or need some inspiration, our team is happy to provide a variety of pre-designed photo strip templates for you to choose from. We do come with a small Jackery battery but ideally we prefer a standard, 3-prong outlet to plug the bus into that is not being used by anything else. We typically need to power the lights, camera gear and printer. This does not consume a lot of power but it does tend to exhaust our battery after 2 - 3 hours. If you do not have power available, we can bring our small quiet generator for $100 and we always bring plenty of extension cords.
